SHIPPING & RETURNS
Here at Nail Candy HQ we strongly believe in the quality of all the products we sell, so much so, that they're the only brand of products we use in our salons, and training kits. We have carefully selected our brand to be not only beautiful, but to enhance your skill through well made, durable design. It is therefore our highest priority that all our customers are more than satisfied with our products.
At this time Nail Candy can not accept returns for some items due to the nature of our products. If opened these products will no longer be sterile and may be subject to cross contamination and not fit for re sale. Please message us to find out if your item qualifies for a return.
For approved returns the items must be unused and in the same condition as when you purchased them. We can not accept ANY returns on items that have been used or 'tested'.
If you feel in any way your product is faulty, please send us images of the fault so we can assess your claim.

All orders will be processed, packaged and sent within 7 days of ordering, Once your order has been sent, you'll receive a notification via email or text message.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Signed for postage, we therefore have a tracking number for all our orders. If Royal mail are unable to deliver your item due to a wrong address being provided during ordering, or if you fail to collect your parcel from the depot when a slip has been left, your parcel may be returned to us. You will then need to cover any further postage costs.
